Great day… perfect weather
Really enjoyable Half marathon. Hills during the second half were difficult, but views for days! Mile 9 to 12 were lonely as not much support from spectators. However great medal and finish line was filled with people cheering! Thank you

Surprisingly hard course.
Really enjoyed it the second half was proper hard work. The organisation was very good. One very slight improvement I’d suggest is to tweak the course to a nicer finish with more of the crowd involved. Going behind the building felt a bit back stage

Amazing event with beautiful views and brilliant medal!
The route is great and runs right along the coast. Please keep the metal medals as they are fantastic. This is now the 2nd year in a row I've completed this event. It's definitely on my go-to list every year.

Great for your first half marathon
I loved every minute of it!! It was a well organised event, the route was right next to the beach and there was supporters almost the whole way round. I would highly recommend this course!

Gorgeous views of the seafront. A nice little trail part takes you slightly out. A beautiful run. Well worth giving it a go. Great organisation, super helpful volunteers and great atmosphere

Maybe a sports drink around the course would be good rather than just water but I love this event

My first Half Marathon experience and I loved every minute
The route was a bit random which is understandable but the long stretch of the Rodwell trail without much room for supporters made that stretch a bit of a battle
